  • Postdoctoral Researcher (1 position)
    The CoMMA lab is looking to hire a highly motivated postdoc for AI-driven materials discovery. Candidates with background in molecular modeling (MD and MC simulations), computational chemistry, machine learning, enhanced sampling methods, force field development, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Start date is flexible. Interested candidates should email Prof. Wang with a CV, a brief statement of research interests, and contact information for three references and submit their application through here.
  • Graduate Research Assistants (1 position)
    We are recruiting graduate students to join the group starting Spring 2026 or later. Current and prospective students are encouraged to contact Prof. Wang with their CV and transcript to discuss research interests and potential opportunities; prospective students should also apply to Mechanical Engineering (MSME) or Electrical Engineering (MSEE) programs through the UT Tyler Graduate School application portal. Previous experience in programming or molecular simulation is helpful but not required.

    We welcome motivated undergraduate students from all backgrounds. Whether you're exploring computational research for the first time or preparing for graduate school, our group offers flexible opportunities to get involved, such as through CHEN 4315: Undergraduate Research or summer internships.
